Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing St. Dominic Press. Every piece of sacred art we produce is handled with the reverence it deserves. All orders are prepared, hand-bound, and shipped from our studio in Ptuj, Slovenia (EU).

1. Order Processing Time

Each print is made-to-order on museum-grade Hahnemühle media. Before dispatch, every artwork is formally inspected and entered into the St. Dominic Press Official Registry.

  • Standard Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Weekend/Holidays: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Slovenian public holidays.

2. The "Anti-Roll" Guarantee (Flat-Pack Standard)

We believe that archival-grade art should never be rolled in a tube. To preserve the structural integrity of the paper fibers and canvas, we utilize a 100% Flat-Pack Standard for all formats, including A2.

  • A4 & A3 Portfolios: Secured in a hand-bound archival portfolio (2mm greyboard with a linen-cloth hinge).

  • A2 Gallery Portfolios: Secured in a reinforced "Impact-Shield" portfolio, combining 2mm archival greyboard with a 5mm rigid outer shell to prevent bending during transit.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Zones

We ship to the European Union via GLS or DHL (Registered & Tracked). Rates are calculated at checkout based on the format size and your destination zone:

Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days across the EU (1–2 days for Slovenia).

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Confirmation Email containing your Tracking Number. This number also serves as your initial proof of dispatch for the St. Dominic Press Official Registry.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • EU Customers: No customs duties or additional taxes apply within the European Union. The price at checkout is final.

  • Non-EU Customers: The recipient is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their respective country (e.g., Switzerland, UK, USA).

6. Damages & Integrity

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged:

  1. Save all packaging materials and the damaged goods.

  2. Take clear photos of the outer package and the print.

  3. Contact us within 48 hours at info@stdominicpress.com.

We will arrange for an immediate replacement free of charge, as our primary goal is to ensure these sacred images reach your home in perfect state.
